Crypto Orbit
Terms & Conditions
Effective date: June 4, 2026
These Terms govern access to Crypto Orbit. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Educational Purpose and No Financial Advice
Crypto Orbit is an educational and market-intelligence software platform. News summaries, charts, AI responses, strategies, backtests, alerts, and other outputs are informational only and are not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
No feature, subscription, AI response, signal, strategy, backtest, alert, or support message should be treated as a guarantee of profit or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any instrument.
2. User Responsibility and Market Risk
You are solely responsible for research, trading decisions, position sizing, risk management, taxes, and compliance. Trading and investing can result in partial or total loss. Past performance, simulated results, and backtests do not guarantee future results.
Crypto, forex, stocks, derivatives, and leveraged products can be highly volatile. You may lose part or all of your money, especially when using leverage, margin, illiquid markets, or automated alerts. Use independent judgment and consult qualified professionals where needed.
3. Accounts and Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a subscription, or use paid financial-analysis tools unless use is permitted by applicable law and approved by a parent or legal guardian. Minors should not use paid, trading, strategy, alert, or payment features without legal guardian approval.
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Do not share, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service.
- Do not upload secrets, brokerage credentials, private keys, unlawful content, or another person's personal data without authority.
- We may restrict or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, attacks, or violations of these Terms.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Plan Changes
Paid subscriptions use manual UPI payment verification unless another payment mode is expressly enabled. Users must pay the exact displayed amount, submit valid UTR/transaction details, and wait for admin approval. Premium access and credits are activated only after successful manual verification.
Applicable discounts, coupons, referral benefits, and first-purchase offers are validated server-side and locked at order creation. They may not be combined unless expressly stated. Subscription purchase provides access to plan features only and does not guarantee profits, market results, or successful trades.
Fake, edited, reused, duplicate, or unverifiable payment proof may lead to rejection, account restrictions, suspension, or further verification. Crypto Orbit does not hold customer funds for trading, does not execute trades, and does not manage brokerage or exchange accounts.
5. Refund Policy
Except where required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after access or credits are provided. Duplicate payments, verified technical billing errors, or legally required refunds may be reviewed when reported promptly to support with sufficient proof.
Manual UPI refund requests are handled case-by-case. If payment cannot be verified, access will not be activated. Credits are app usage units only; they are not money, not withdrawable, not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. AI Limitations
AI output may be delayed, incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect. The service may display an unavailable state instead of generating an answer when reliable data is missing. Users must independently verify all information before acting.
7. Strategy and Backtest Limitations
Generated strategy code and real-data backtests are tools for research. Results can differ from live execution because of liquidity, spread, slippage, fees, data quality, latency, market gaps, and implementation differences. Subjective strategies may be rejected until deterministic rules are provided.
8. Alerts and Third-Party Services
Alerts and notifications are best-effort and may be delayed, duplicated, or unavailable. Never rely on alerts as the only risk control. TradingView, YouTube, Supabase, market-data providers, Telegram, AI providers, UPI/payment apps, banks, and other third parties operate under their own terms and availability.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, real-time data, or permanent feature availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, legal requirements, or product changes may affect service.
10. Intellectual Property
The platform, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Users retain rights in their own lawful inputs but grant the limited rights required to process those inputs and provide the service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Orbit is not liable for trading losses, lost opportunities, data-provider errors, indirect losses, or decisions made using service output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Before formal proceedings, users should contact pichkutradezone@gmail.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
